All of our items are made to order, which means each item is engraved specifically for your order.

The average processing time is 5-7 work days.

Please allow USPS an additional 3-5 days to deliver your package once the order is shipped.

Once the order is fulfilled and packaged, you will receive an email when the shipping label is created and the package is ready to ship. The email will include a link to track your order.

Will I be able to exchange or return my items if I'm not happy with them?
