How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order.  Once we receive your order, it gets sent to the appropriate facility to be printed, etched or embroidered by some of the most awesome people in the world.  We typically ship orders within 7-10 workdays.  In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed.  Our facilities are located in Washington, Texas, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. 

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. 

How can I contact you? 

Feel free to send an email to customercare@blessedbutterfly.com with your questions or requests.  You will receive a reply from an actual person in Pennsylvania, USA, within 24 hours.   We're here to help!

How can I exchange an item? 

Please email customercare@blessedbutterfly.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.  Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for details. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Absolutely. If you don't love your Blessed Butterfly item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for details. 

Do you sell to Retail Stores?
