Shipping policy
How is the shipping cost calculated?
All items ship via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS and will depend on weight and delivery location. We do not add any handling fees to the shipping cost.
When can I expect to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order, which means each item is engraved/etched especially for you.
Average processing times vary and are listed on the product pages. Please allow an additional time for USPS delivery once the order is shipped.
All items are fulfilled and shipped from Angier, North Carolina.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is fulfilled and packaged, you will receive an email when the shipping label is created and the package is ready to ship. The email will include a link to track your order.
Will I be able to exchange or return my items if I'm not happy with them?
We want you to LOVE your Blessed Butterfly items! If you're not 100% satisfied with your item, let us know and we'll make it right! Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
