Our tumblers are etched and fulfilled from Clayton, North Carolina.

When can I expect to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order, which means each item is printed or etched specifically for you.

The average processing times are:

• Tumblers:  5-7 days 
• Mugs: 5-7 days

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery once the order is shipped.

Depending on the product ordered, your items may be fulfilled and shipped separately from Pennsylvania or North Carolina, USA.  For example, tumblers will come from Clayton, North Carolina, and mugs from Bristol, Pennsylvania.  So, if you purchase tumblers and mugs, for example, you will receive two packages.

How can I track my order?
Once the order is fulfilled and packaged, you will receive an email when the shipping label is created and the package is ready to ship. The email will include a link to track your order. 

Will I be able to exchange or return my items if I'm not happy with them?
We want you to LOVE your Blessed Butterfly items!  If you're not 100% satisfied with your item, let us know and we'll make it right!  Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of order date.  Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
